Last Friday, the 3rd ESO students of the San Luis y San Ildefonso de Montilla school visited our facilities as part of a complementary activity of the technology subject. In the syllabus of this course, they were exploring the textile sector, so this visit allowed them to learn first hand about the processes and materials that make up this industry.

During the day, the students were able to discover the different types of fabrics, their compositions and manufacturing techniques, as well as learn about the treatments and finishes that provide different characteristics to each textile. Through a guided tour, they visited different areas of our facilities, observing closely the design and production phases, as well as the quality controls that guarantee the best result in each piece.

Beyond technical learning, this experience allowed them to understand the impact of the textile industry on everyday life and its relationship with innovation and sustainability. In addition, they were able to resolve their doubts with professionals from the sector, enriching their vision of the multiple applications and challenges in this field.

We would like to thank the San Luis y San Ildefonso de Montilla school for their visit and the students for their interest and active participation in this learning day. We hope this experience has been inspiring for them!
